About Welsani

We're building the calm place we wished existed.

Welsani started with a simple frustration: no single place showed a person's whole financial life. So we built one — and made it our job to do the admin quietly, and give you back clarity, confidence and time.

Our story

Why we started Welsani.

It began with month-end. One of us had built and sold a software company, and ended up running a handful of B.V.'s, a property holding and a personal portfolio — spread across a dozen banks and brokers. Every month meant logging into account after account, copying figures into a spreadsheet, and still not quite trusting the total.

It was strange. There were beautiful apps for almost everything — but nothing that treated a whole financial life as one picture. Personal and business. Accounts and investments. Bills and documents. The pieces existed; the calm overview never did.

So we set out to build it: a quiet home for your money that reads your finances, organizes the paperwork, prepares the bills and shows you where you stand — while never moving a cent without you. That's Welsani. We're still early, and building it with the people who use it.

Your money stays yours

Welsani reads your finances so you can act on them, but it never moves a cent. Every payment happens in your own bank app, approved by you.

Your data is never sold

You are the customer, not the product. Your information is encrypted, hosted in the EU, and never sold or used to advertise to you.

Every number traces to its source

No magic figures. Each amount traces back to a synced transaction or a document you can open. When the numbers are honest, decisions get easier.

The admin should be invisible

Sorting, filing and reading the paperwork is work software should do. We measure ourselves by how little of it you ever have to think about.
